Diagnostics
Digital diagnostic equipment, such as x-ray technology, makes it possible to detect issues we can’t see with the naked eye and determine a baseline for future care. It’s a low-radiation process that is more environmentally friendly than film x-rays. Also at our disposal is the pen-sized intraoral camera. With it, we can show you what we see – in high definition. It’s an incredible tool that helps us shape your treatment plan.
Checkup
Greet your dentist and talk about your unique smile wishes and oral health needs. Following a detailed exam, we’ll decide on a personalized approach to get you the desired outcome. We’ll arrange a regular care schedule, tailor a treatment plan, and share insights about our cosmetic options (if you’re interested). We’ll collaborate with you closely to help you attain your goals.
Hygiene
We’ll get to know you and your smile better at your initial visit, which means we will spend some more time together than we would at routine hygiene appointments. We’ll check for any signs of oral cancer (no pain involved!) and inspect your jaw joint for any issues. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions about your oral hygiene routine. Your dedicated hygienist is well-versed in patient education and is more than happy to help you out.
Treatment Coordination
Before you leave our office, we want to ensure that you have all the information necessary to make informed decisions. We’re upfront about treatments such as Invisalign and dental veneers and can assist with all your insurance inquiries.
